Clause 1 - By using the WeChain app, you agree that data related to searches made by you can be stored and used for the analysis of behavioral statistics. The company is committed not to sell this data to third parties.

Clause 2 - WeChain undertakes to remove the data and profile of users who request it, and this request must be given by email, telephone, or WhatsApp.

Clause 3 - Users undertake never to upload or create, within their profile, any offensive content that is not in accordance with any law of the national territory, thus being responsible for all the content that they add or create, from any media, exempting WeChain from any liability that may eventually fall on said fields.

Clause 4 - WeChain may use the data provided by the user both in the application and other channels.

Clause 5 - WeChain will have the right, without the need for any prior notice, to remove any content that it deems offensive or inappropriate.

Cláusula 1 - Ao utilizar o aplicativo você concorda que os dados relacionados às pesquisas feitas por você podem ser armazenados e utilizados para análises estatísticas de comportamento. A empresa se compromete a não vender estes dados a terceiros.

Cláusula 2 - O WeChain se compromete a prontamente remover o perfil do usuário que solicitar o mesmo, podendo esta solicitação ser feita por e-mail, telefone ou WhatsApp.

Cláusula 3 - Os usuários se comprometem a jamais colocar ou criar, dentro do seu perfil, qualquer conteúdo ofensivo ou que não esteja de acordo com qualquer lei do território nacional, ficando assim responsável por todo o conteúdo que adicionar ou criar, de qualquer mídia, isentando o WeChain de qualquer responsabilidade que eventualmente incida nos referidos campos.

Cláusula 4 - O WeChain poderá utilizar os dados fornecidos pelo usuário tanto no aplicativo quanto em outros canais.

Cláusula 5 - O WeChain terá o direito, sem a necessidade de qualquer aviso prévio, retirar qualquer conteúdo que julgar ofensivo ou impróprio.
